The Carnabys

The Carnabys were a sixties influenced rock 'n' roll band gigging and recording from 2006-2009. During the time span of the band, The Carnabys performed over 100 dates and ran succesful club nights in Leicestershire. Venues they featured at included the legendary Cavern Club in Liverpool as well as Zanzibar (Liverpool), The Venue, The Musician, The Charlotte and The Shed (Leicester), The Boat Club and Junktion7 (Nottingham), The Doghouse (Loughborough) and The Venue (Stocksbridge). 

They self released their first EP called Rattle 'n' Roll in August 2007 following a recording stint at Monnow Valley in Wales and subqequently released The Cabin EP recorded at The Cabin in Coventry.

The Carnabys called time on their gigging and recordings days late in 2009 and last performed as an Acoustic act at The Musician in Leicester in October 2009. The band all went onto new projects.
